Music Ministry

This is a large and ever-growing group of people who provide music for the various liturgies and prayer gatherings for our parish.

• Cantors:                                                                                                                                               We are always looking for new cantors (leaders of song, good independent singers) and instrumentalists. Rehearsals are held on the first and third Mondays of the month at 7:30 p.m.
• Adult Choir:                                                                                                                                      This friendly, growing group is open to any singer in the parish who is Junior High age and older. We sing at the 8:30 a.m. Mass, September through Pentecost, and practice on Tuesday evenings 7:30 p.m. beginning the day after Labor Day.
• Psallite:                                                                                                                                           This is a group of adult musicians who are willing to serve the 6:00 p.m. Mass on the second and third Sundays of the month. We practice on the fourth Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m.  We are always looking for new singers, guitarists, keyboard players, bass players, and woodwind players.
• Youth Choir:                                                                                                                                     Young people from 8th grade through college are welcome to join the Youth Choir. This group or 25 plus youth sings at the 6:00 p.m. Mass on the first and fourth Sundays of the month and practices on the third Sunday at 7:00 p.m.  The group can use the talents of singers of every kind and players of any instruments.                       Contact Tom Costello (317)357-8352
